What is the standard shipping timeframe for furniture and decor?

Smaller decor items typically ship within 3-5 business days. For larger furniture pieces, please allow 2-4 weeks for white-glove delivery, as we take extra care to ensure your items arrive in pristine condition.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Six The Residence ships exclusively within the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations in the near future.

What is your return policy for home goods?

We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return.

How can I track the status of my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number and a link to our carrier's tracking portal to monitor your shipment's progress.

Are your products sustainably sourced?

At Six The Residence, we prioritize ethical craftsmanship. Many of our collections feature FSC-certified wood, recycled textiles, and are produced in small batches to reduce environmental impact and waste.
